This week we launched a new home page design (image below).
With this new design:

- We moved the registration on home page - making it easier for new users to become part of Friendster.

To whom it may concern: I would just like to suggest, if possible, for the Friendster team to make a way for us users to know which Albums of our friends have the newly posted pics on them. Because unless the new pic becomes the album cover, there’s really no other way to tell where the new pics are other than to go through the whole albums themselves. So yea. Just a thought. Friendster rocks by the way. And great job on the new home page.

hi. this isn’t my profile. borrowed it for a while since friendster is undergoing maintenance. may i suggest something. i don’t know if it’s possible but, when we send an email and decide to cancel it even if it’s already sent. can you make a program or a certain operation wherin even if we already sent it, we have the capacity to delete it. it’s just a suggestion. your website has done a lot of great things for many of us. gambawa!!

Every time I log in to Friendster, I see the same pictures of some popular members popping up on the homepage. Bloody boring.
The crappy Philippines users are spreading SPAM over random testimonials and comments, geez. They usually put some sexy pictures that would attract people to have a click on the comments.
Gaah… I do not know how you guys choose them as “the popular ones” because to be honest they do not look popular at all *LOL*
And also, can you guys do some Public Relations to promote Friendster to be more worldwide-used? There are too many Asians on here, majority of them are Indonesian and Philippines
My wish is Friendster reasonably high rank in Alexa as the most-used social network in Asia and Europe.
You guys have worked on Spanish, Francais, Japanese, and more languages. That’s good - the only thing that you have to take as your high priority is to reach the high rank in Alexa by embracing much more Europe users.
Public Relations and some promotional tools largely work.

Instead of showing just two popular members every page reload, why not make a page featuring… maybe… the top 10 most popular members? Maybe by country or so? So that we don’t have to reload and reload the page just to see who gets the most views. Just a thought

hi..friendster team,
i really appreciate your help like maintenance but most of my friends are sor of mad at friendster because since maintenance started once they open their profile they see that they had lesser friends example: my friend he has 550 friends in friendster and now he only has 12, another example my friend she has over 200+ friends in friendster and now all she has is 3 friends and her 6 featured friends, another example is me. i have 100+ friends in friendster now i only have 3 friends and my other 3 featured friends. last example my friend’s friendster profile doesn’t load and so she chose to sign-up at http://www.myspace.com her friend recommended myspace because she says that in my space things like these don’t happen.
please fix this problem.

SCOOBY DOO DAN HANTU BAJAK LAUT
Scooby Doo dan Geng Misteri ingin menuju ke Sandy Cove untuk menghadiri Festival Frye. Mereka menaiki mobil misteri di jalan yang sempit dan berkelok. Sesampainya di sana, mereka mendapati bahwa kota yang dulunya ramai dan padat pengunjung menjadi seperti kota tak berpenghuni. Mereka menuju ke hotel Sandy Cove yang berupa bangunan rumah besar berwarna biru kehijauan yang merupakan milik dari bibi Daphne yang bernama Maggie. Mereka diarahkan agar menuju ke pintu masuk di belakang hotel. Akan tetapi mereka tidak bertemu dengan bibi Maggie melainkan disambut oleh Barney Silo, seorang pemilik hotel Shining Palms. Hotel tersebut berada di belakang dua pohon palem yang berhadapan membentuk sepatu kuda. Setelah itu Barney Silo menyodorkan brosur tentang hotelnya kepada Fred, Daphne, Velma dan Shaggy. Lalu ada seorang wanita keluar dari dek hotel yang berwarna hijau sambil mengusir si Barney Silo karena dianggap menyerobot tamu-tamunya. Barney Silo hanya tersenyum dan menjauh. Ternyata wanita tua itu adalah bibi Maggie. Kemudian bibi Maggie mengundang mereka untuk mengikuti festival Frye untuk memperingati ulang tahun Kapten Frye yang ke 350. Pada saat mereka berjalan-jalan di pantai, mereka bertemu dengan serang wanita yang mengenakan baju Sandy Cove yang warnanya memudar sambil membawa detektor logam. Ia adalah Edna Crupzak yang dulunya berjualan es krim di pantai. Lalu ia menghampiri seorang lelaki muda yang duduk sambil memainkan mobil radio kontrol. Lelaki itu anak dari Edna Crupzak, bernama Junior Crupzak.
Shaggy memanggil Scooby dan mengatakan bahwa ia telah menemukan peta harta karun Kapten Frye di kamarnya. Mereka lalu langsung pergi mengikuti petunjuk yang terdapat pada peta tersebut. Akhirnya, mereka berdua sampai di pinggir pantai. Mereka melihat sebuah kapal yang sangat besar yang tidak lama kemudian tenggelam seperti batu. Lalu mereka mendengar suara aneh dari dalam air yang ternyata merupakan Kapten Frye. Mereka pun lari terbirit-birit menghampiri teman-teman mereka dan menceritakan kejadian tersebut. Namun mereka mengatakan bahwa kapal tersebut merupakan bagian dari festival Frye. Akan tetapi saat mereka bertemu dengan paman Murray, ia mengatakan bahwa ia tidak menjalankan kapal tersebut. Lalu tidak lama kemudian dari pengeras suara terdengar suara kapten Frye.
Shaggy dan teman-temannya segera menyusun rencana untuk menangkap hantu Kapten Frye. Saat Shaggy dan Scooby sedang menyelam di pantai, mereka menemukan kapal yang tenggelam itu lalu kapten Frye keluar dari kapal itu sambil mengusir mereka dengan pedang yang dibawanya. Pada saat yang sama, Fred dan Daphne menemukan sebuah perahu dayung tua di pantai yang berisi brosur Shining Palm yang basah dan juga headphone. Malam itu mereka menikmati festival Frye dan mereka berencana berpura-pura sudah menemukan harta karun tersebut untuk menjebak Kapten Frye. Tidak lama kemudian, hantu Kapten Frye keluar dan menginginkan agar harta karunnya dikembalikan.setelah itu, Fred dan Paman Murray menebarkan jala ke arah hantu itu. Akan tetapi kapten Frye berhasil menangkisnya dengan pedangnya. Lalu tanpa sengaja Scooby menabrak Kapten frye karena kehilangan keseimbangan dan mendorongnya masuk ke dalam peti. Setelah dibuka, ternyata Hantu itu adalah Junior Crupzak. Akhirnya misteripun terpecahkan. Scooby dan teman-temannya bersorak-sorak senang.

I was unable to open this site for 2 days because you guys were doing maintenance. I was able to open it just today, friends totaled approximately 500 and now i just have 49. FRIENDSTER has been a great part of my shall I say “internet surfing life”. It may be hard to say goodbye to this social networking website, but what can we do. i was able to check my account a few hours ago for a couple of minutes, and found out that all my friends, pictures, comments, and everything were all gone up..
All I hope for now is peace and unity for friendster addicts!

I KNOW MAJORITY OF FRIENDSTER MEBERS ARE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS SUCH AS:
- log-in problems
- friends problems
- bug problem
and many more..
FRIENDSTER TEAM HAVEN’T ISSUED ANY RESPONSE TO ALL OUR CONCERNS WHICH MAKES US HATE FRIENDSTER. RIGHT??
EVERYONE IS WONDERING, WHAT REALLY IS HAPPENING.
WE HOPE THAT FRIENDSTER TEAM WOULD SPEAK UP AND EXPLAIN TO US WHAT THE PROBLEMREALLY IS SO WE COULD UNDERSTAND AND WE WONT WAIT FOR A VERY LONG TIME.
